Notice of price revisions due to the rising prices of ingredients, etc.

Thank you for being a valued customer of Kobe Steak Restaurant Mouriya restaurants. We would like to inform you of price revisions for items on the menu at all Mouriya restaurants, effective Monday, October 17, 2022.

At Kobe Steak Restaurant Mouriya we have continuously endeavored to improve the quality of not only the meat we serve but also of other ingredients and of our customer service, under the motto “The time at Mouriya will give you the energy for tomorrow,” while at the same time implementing management measures such as for procuring ingredients and reducing administrative costs in order to maintain the prices of our menu items.

However, the recent sharp rise in ingredient prices has made it impossible for us to respond to the situation through internal cost-cutting efforts alone, so, regrettably, we have had to make the decision to revise our prices.

We sincerely apologize for the imposition and any inconvenience this may cause our customers.
We will continue to make every effort to provide the same level of service, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

* For customers who have made a reservation after October 17th (Monday) by October 1st (Saturday), we will respond at the price before the price revision for reservations that specify the menu.

* For customers who have made a reservation for “seat only” after October 17th (Monday) by October 1st (Saturday), our staff will contact you again. If you decide, we will respond at the price before the price revision.
