Mouriya Gion is a Teppanyaki style restaurant and is the fifth Mouriya location.
Leaving Kobe for the first time and opening a restaurant in Kyoto Gion,
we have paid extra attention to everything from the interior to the tableware,
in order to insure that we serve our customers with the best.
There will be 13 seats on the 1st floor, 17 seats on the 2nd floor, and 16 seats on the 4th floor, for a total of 46 seats and 3 floors.
As for the ingredients, we focus on local products in Kyoto
and use many ingredients from renown shops with long histories, in Kyoto.
We strive daily to provide a rejuvenating experience to our customer
by providing ”real” Kobe beef from Kobe (the birthplace of teppanyaki)
in Kyoto (the city with the largest beef consumption in Japan).
